We are hiring an HRIS Analyst based in Lexington, Kentucky, United States. This role is instrumental in maintaining crucial HR systems and records, including HRIS management, staff credentialing, I-9 verifications, and FMLA tracking. The HRIS Analyst will ensure the accuracy and currency of employee data, compliance records, and HR systems in alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the HRIS, primarily ADP, to ensure employee data is accurate and current.
• Serve as the technical support for HRIS issues, providing assistance to HR staff and other employees.
• Conduct regular audits and updates of employee records in HRIS, including new hires, terminations, data changes, time-off balances, and FMLA usage.
• Generate custom reports and data analysis from HRIS to aid decision-making.
• Oversee and maintain the I-9 employment verification process, ensuring records are compliant with federal regulations.
• Manage the electronic I-9 system and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Maintain credentialing & competency files for clinical staff including licensed practitioners.
• Perform necessary follow-up to assure licensed practitioners' records are current and meet OIG and HRSA requirements.
• Generate HR reports related to employee data, compliance metrics, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR leadership and other departments.
• Update HR documents in the PolicyTech platform to ensure the most current version of HR policies/procedures is available to staff.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a HRIS Analyst role or a similar position.
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Knowledge and experience with Banner Ads.
• Proficiency in using Ceridian and About Time.
• Experience in Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Strong auditing skills.
• Knowledge in Benefit Functions.
• Familiarity with Business Process Functions.
