We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in GREENSBORO, North Carolina. This role is crucial for maintaining financial order and transparency in our organization. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Ceridian, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline our financial operations and processes.


Responsibilities:

• Use accounting software systems for data management and financial analysis.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

• Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and compliance with financial regulations.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services tools to manage financial transactions and create financial reports.

• Operate Ceridian software to facilitate payroll and HR functions.

• Use Concur for managing and reporting business expenses.

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to improve business processes.

• Oversee accounting functions, ensuring all financial operations are conducted in line with industry standards.

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are sent and payments are received in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accessible.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Ceridian and Concur software
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
