The Data Entry & Support Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and coordinating data in organizational systems. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, knowledge of data entry software, and able to assist with general management. This position is ideal for someone with a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support team members through data related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Maintenance:
    • Accurately enter and update data into systems or databases.
    • Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies or errors.
    • Organize and maintain data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Data Verification and Quality Control:
    • Review data for completeness and consistency.
    • Conduct regular data audits to ensure high quality data.
    • Resolve discrepancies in data entries.
    • Respond to data related inquiries from management.
  3. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Generate reports and data summaries as requested by management.
    • Support data retrieval and analysis to assist in decision making processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with data entry software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Basic knowledge of data management or database systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
