In this critical leadership role, you will oversee and drive key compliance initiatives that enhance both customer protection and regulatory adherence. You'll lead a team responsible for strengthening the organization's first line of defense, consumer protection, and compliance service delivery, all while ensuring we stay aligned with global standards and regulations. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies that support compliant business growth while enhancing the customer and agent experience with our compliance processes. Role Responsibilities: Lead Consumer Protection and First Line of Defense Oversight:

Spearhead efforts to improve customer and agent experience with compliance controls while fulfilling regulatory and legal commitments, including US Settlement requirements. Strengthen Compliance Culture:

Develop and execute strategies to strengthen both customer-focused compliance efforts and the business's corresponding lines of Defense responsibilities, ensuring awareness, ownership, and performance. Collaborate Across Functions:

Partner with leaders across Privacy, Enterprise Risk, InfoSec, Agent Operations, Product Strategy, and Digital teams to enhance compliance processes, mitigate risks, and improve efficiency. Regulatory Liaison and Audits:

Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and other third parties. Ensure timely and complete responses to audits and regulatory examinations. Drive Efficiency and Accountability:

Lead efforts to reduce inefficiencies, clarify roles, and foster a team culture of transparency, accountability, and trust. Role Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience

in a compliance or regulatory advisory role within a financial institution, law firm, or government agency. Extensive knowledge

of consumer protection, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Reg E, and fraud prevention regulations within the financial services industry. Proven leadership

in a corporate compliance function, preferably within a major financial institution, and experience managing offshore teams. Strong partnership skills with departments such as Privacy, Enterprise Risk, InfoSec, and Legal to drive business compliance and risk mitigation strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory matters clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences. Bachelor's degree

or equivalent experience. Salary:

The base salary range is $175,000 - $225,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits:
