An experienced Sr Data Analyst Specialist with 5+ years of experience in law firms for a premiere client in DTLA. In this role, the Sr. Data Analyst will work directly with senior leadership on reporting outside of accounting functions for the firm. The long-term focus of this role will transition beyond just reporting into more analysis and data modeling over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis, operational metric planning, and formulaic compensation reporting.
• Analyze data for pricing proposals and billing rates.
• Support strategic pricing initiatives with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Participate in budgeting and profitability model development.
• Collaborate on financial tools, reporting processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL or Excel Power Query;
• Aderant or Elite
• Big Square tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
