The Director of the Primary Care Division oversees strategy and business operations within Primary Care in accordance with Asante's mission and values to provide high quality health care services. This position tracks economical and efficient clinic performance, working closely with administrative and clinical staff, providers, and the community to accomplish goals towards the highest level of care.The Director works in organizational partnership with the Asante Physician Partners Executive Leadership Team, Asante Hospital Executive teams based on strategic or regional assignment as well as the entire APP staff to guide, improve, and implement internal operational improvements, including responsibility and oversight of human resources, payroll, overall organizational budgeting, information technology, internal communications and overall office management.The Director of Primary Care Operations cultivates a strong organizational culture in pursuit of achieving organizational, staff engagement, patient access, quality metrics, and patient experience goals. This role also oversees contract and compliance areas, helps increase efficiency in workflows and other performance areas, supports IT planning, and improves/creates/oversees policies that enhance organizational effectiveness and staffing patterns. Finally, this person also maintains and continues to apply the principles of continuous quality improvement in all aspects of management.What You Must Have
7 years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting.At least three years of leadership with significant primary care responsibilities.Master's Degree.Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the Oregon Health Licensing Office.What We Offer
