The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Professional Services to lead our Americas consulting team and deliver outstanding solutions to our customers. In this strategic role, you will drive growth, elevate team performance, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Regional Professional Services : Oversee all aspects of the Americas professional services, including revenue, pipeline, bookings, profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction, including recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing professional services team.
Customer Solutions and Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor, creating and delivering innovative solutions that address customer needs and business goals.
Service Portfolio Promotion : Lead customer interactions to promote and sell advisory, consulting, implementation, and data services.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships, ensuring high satisfaction with service delivery.
Business Growth : Develop and execute strategies to expand professional services and increase revenue in target segments, including Automotive and Multi-Industries.
Sales Collaboration : Partner with Sales teams to uncover new opportunities and drive market adoption of HERE products.
Leadership Contribution : Work closely with the Americas Leadership Team and collaborate with global and regional teams on portfolio innovation, best practices, and project execution.
Who are you?
You are a strategic leader with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You have a background in solution-based consulting, customer relationship management, and technical project delivery, ideally in Location Technologies.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in professional services or consulting within software, SaaS, or systems integration.
Demonstrated success managing a P&L of $10 million plus.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and grow professional services teams.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of building trusted customer relationships and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
