This role is responsible for specific functional areas of the Corporate Quality strategy and leads the center-led activities related to quality performance management, quality strategy development, problem prevention, detection and elimination activities related to vehicle and part quality, across one or more of the key functions (Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality & Development, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics & Packaging Quality, Digital Quality, Quality Management System, Lean & Continuous Improvement, etc.). This individual will act as the voice of the customer as it relates to quality and will be the subject matter expert and change agent to ensure delivery of premium quality to our customers. This individual will sit on a variety of forums and be an influential leader of continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement the assigned quality functional area(s) enterprise-wide quality strategy and facilitating cross-functional resources in support of the Quality Senior Leadership Group (QSLG) forum and initiatives. Demonstrate the ability to engage, motivate and energize employees at all levels through trust, credibility and collaboration that leads to cultural transformation including the ability to seek and develop alliances and partnerships across the organization to achieve business goals and improve overall performance. Leads cross-functional support and participation in product development process improvements related to assigned quality functional area(s). Drives quality throughout the organization by integrating quality standards and common measures that strengthen/improve processes for business performance. Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required Experience Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience. Demonstrated experience in leading a team/organization in successfully achieving business results. Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence others, and postulate a vision of the future. Proven experience in technical capability in the areas of Quality and Product Development including knowledge management and best practice implementation. Knowledge of key systems and processes within Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Product Development.
