The Special Talent We’re Seeking:

  • 3+ years of experience (midlevel) in fleet maintenance data entry or a similar role.
  • Experience within Transportation, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, and metrics - Fleetrock software
  • Solid understanding of fleet maintenance processes and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you're a natural at building connections!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively multitask!
Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

  • Fleetrock Utilization: Maintenance software for data entry, report generation, and system updates. Familiarity with Fleetrock is a plus.
  • Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy of data inputs in Fleetrock and maintain consistent record-keeping.
  • Report Generation: Create reports for management to assess shop efficiency and propose improvements.
  • Warranty Management: Invoice review and evaluate in-house and third-party invoices to determine warranty coverage.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure that warranty repairs are accurately captured and processed.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile inventory records with actual stock, and monitor stock levels.
  • Parts Issuance: Provide parts to in-house technicians as requested and maintain precise records of parts usage.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the maintenance team to ensure efficient completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs.
  • Preventive Maintenance Support: Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Budget Analysis: Help analyze maintenance costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
