What You’ll Tackle Each Day:

Check-In: Start your day by checking in with your crew—quick updates on schedules, deliveries, and anything needing attention to kick things off right.

Route Optimization: Plan and collaborate with drivers to map out the best, most efficient routes while keeping safety front and center.

Driver Support: Be there for your drivers, offering help, motivation, and answers throughout the day, because a happy team is a productive team!

Performance Check: Track progress, celebrate achievements, and pinpoint areas for improvement to keep everyone moving forward.

Policy Compliance: Keep everyone on track with company policies and industry regulations, ensuring the highest standards.

End-of-Day Reviews: Go over completed deliveries, check for incidents or delays, and look for ways to improve.

Transportation Experience managing CDL Drivers: 3-6 months in the industry is a plus, but we're all about the passion to make an impact!
