Job Description
- Collect, organize and maintain company-specific data and reports for production, labor distribution, attendance, efficiency, safety, parts, quality, etc.
- Enter data into appropriate systems/data bases/files
- Track and report NCN (Non-Conformance Notification)
- Review ISO documents and update with ME’s
- LFP data entry daily and update LFP reports, Dashboards, and projects
- Record scrap reports daily, weekly and monthly
- Verify DFP entry into MAPICS
- Create Pivot Charts and tables for data tracking and reporting
- Order and track supplies for department
- Administer recognition programs for department
- Assist supervisors with projects as needed

- Must be skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and database applications
- Attention to detail – high level of accuracy

Experience:
- 2 plus years
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Manufacturing environment with forklift traffic. May have higher noise volume in areas – hearing protection required.
