Job Posting: Part-Time to Full Time Bookkeeper for Data Entry (15 to 30 hours a week)

Our full-service financial and administrative support services include tax-related documentation and reporting for CPA’s.

Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Related Field and/or 2 Years Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) Experience – Preferred
- QuickBooks Desktop Experience - Preferred
- Willingness to Learn New Programs and Applications
- High Attention to Detail
- Enjoys a Fast-Paced Environment
- Does Well with Multi-Tasking
- Analyzing Information
- Data Entry Skills
- Tech-Savvy
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
- Credit Card Reconciliations, Bank Statement Reconciliations
- Data Entry
- Work with Multiple Team Leaders to Complete Goals and Tasks for Various Clients
