Warehouse Supervisor (1st & 2nd Shift)

- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping processes.
- Ensure efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service through personnel management and process improvements.
- Collaborate within a team to meet productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness goals.
- Manage inbound, outbound, or inventory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Monitor product import/export processes and maintain service level agreements.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and equipment use.
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Assist with warehouse tasks, including more complex operations, when needed.
- Supervise, train, and provide feedback to direct reports to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare daily production and shipping reports.
- Associate degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in warehousing/distribution.
- Bilingual skills (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Basic math skills and strong delegation abilities.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Fulfillment experience required.
- High-pressure, time-sensitive environment with tight deadlines.
- Occasionally cold and noisy warehouse conditions.
