We are seeking an experienced visionary to join our team as a Senior Director of Global Industry Solutions, focusing on process manufacturing industries. This role will be pivotal in shaping our solution strategy and driving growth in key sectors such as food processing, chemicals, petrochemicals, and oil & gas.
Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for process manufacturing software solutions. Create tailored solutions to address industry challenges and drive product innovation by identifying market trends and customer needs. Produce detailed user journeys, use cases, economic value reports, data sheets, thought leadership content, and whitepapers. Collaborate with sales, product development, and marketing teams for aligned and successful go-to-market execution. Represent the company at industry events and in customer engagements, advocating for our solutions. Oversee digital transformation projects for key clients. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners. Support sales efforts with domain expertise to contribute to revenue growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science); Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in large manufacturing software companies, focusing on solutions for process manufacturers. Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation projects. Deep understanding of manufacturing domains, including use cases, systems, end-user personas, processes, and technologies. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Visionary mindset for developing industry-specific solutions and generating repeatable ROI for customers. Experience in manufacturing execution systems, reliability, maintenance, and supply chain management. Key Skills: Strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong presence and team collaboration.
