Job Description
About the Role: As the Operations Team Lead, you will supervise a team of dedicated professionals, including front desk staff, transport officers, and Aboriginal Liaison Officers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a culturally responsive, professional environment that enhances client care. Key responsibilities: Provide strong leadership to the non-clinical team, fostering a collaborative environment. Manage team performance, support professional development, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high standards of service. Overseeing daily tasks of the administrative team to ensure efficient service delivery. Managing client registration, appointments, and transportation coordination. Ensuring smooth operation of Medicare claims, Communicare system administration, and visiting specialist coordination. Leading quality improvement initiatives and upholding infection control standards. About You: We seek candidates with a management/leadership qualification or a minimum of 4 years of operational leadership experience in a primary healthcare setting. You should have strong people management skills, experience with clinical records management, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior clinical staff. A background in Aboriginal community health is a bonus but not required. Must be an Australian resident with working rights (visa sponsorship is
