Warehouse Associate Job at The MH Group in East Longmeadow

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our client's team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and operations of our warehouse facility.

Duties:
- Perform stock replenishment and maintain inventory accuracy
- Utilize AS400 system for order processing and tracking
- Conduct order picking and packing efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts
- Handle heavy lifting tasks as required
- Manage materials handling and storage within the warehouse
- Load and unload shipments safely and accurately
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
- Proficiency in the AS400 system is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks regularly
- Strong materials handling skills
- Experience with loading and unloading procedures
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
