Job Description

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing both incoming deliveries to the plant and outgoing shipments from the plant.&

This role involves accurately documenting materials, ensuring timely deliveries to appropriate departments or warehouse locations, and managing inventory control through cycle counting.&

The Warehouse Specialist will also operate warehouse equipment and maintain compliance with company policies and GMP procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.
Accurately document materials and ensure timely delivery to the correct department or warehouse location.
Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks to move materials in and out of warehouse locations.
Perform daily and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods.
Maintain a clean work environment and follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
Minimize waste and inventory loss, ensuring accurate movement is captured in the inventory system.
Receive Material Destruction Orders (MDOs), verify quantities, and scrap non-conforming or expired inventory.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and support the rework team by locating and moving NCMR (Non-Conformance Material Reports) products.
Perform zone counting and initiate inventory adjustments as needed.
Ensure compliance with shipping and logistics services for timely delivery.
Fix Oracle system errors and maintain accurate inventory records.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of shipping, loading, unloading trailers, commercial invoices, and international shipments.
Forklift operator certification (or ability to receive and maintain certification).
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Ability to learn and work with software programs such as Oracle and other internet applications.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of related experience in warehouse operations.
Experience with Oracle or similar inventory management systems.
