Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating incoming deliveries and processing outgoing shipments from the plant.

This role ensures accurate documentation and timely movement of materials to appropriate locations, supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory control.

The Warehouse Specialist will perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with loading trucks for on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Document and ensure proper storage of materials following company policies and GMP procedures.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, Walkie Riders, order selectors, and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, zone counting, and initiating necessary adjustments.
• Resolve Oracle errors and perform inventory adjustments as needed.
• Receive and handle Material Destruction Orders, verifying and disposing of non-conforming and expired inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and support rework efforts as required.
• Ensure a clean and compliant facility by adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Oracle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of shipping, trailer loading/unloading, commercial invoices, and international shipments.
