Seeking to hire a Warehouse Specialist for our client in Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to manage incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient handling of materials. You’ll also help maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and support overall warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
Perform daily and monthly inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
Ensure materials are stored and handled per company policies and GMP standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Resolve inventory discrepancies and handle non conforming materials.
Assist with rework operations and coordinate with team members to close discrepancies.
Education
High school diploma required.
Experience
2 plus years in warehouse operations or a similar role.
Skills
Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
Knowledge of shipping and inventory systems
Oracle experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
