We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a clean motor vehicle record, experience working in both indoor and outdoor environments, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The Warehouse Worker will primarily be responsible for performing various tasks related to the organization, movement, and storage of goods within the warehouse. Attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently are key characteristics needed for success in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person



Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of goods, ensuring accuracy and quality control

Efficiently document, label, and store inventory according to company guidelines

Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory levels for efficient order fulfillment

Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely move and store goods

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debris

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department goals and deadlines Provide assistance with general maintenance and repair tasks as required

Qualifications:

Clean motor vehicle record

Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in an industrial or large-scale setting

Ability to work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions

Capability to lift and carry objects weighing between 50-75 pounds

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments

Demonstrated longevity with one employer in previous roles, indicating commitment and reliability
