Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains an accurate running inventory.
  • Participates in daily receiving, storing and picking operations.
  • Ensures orders are picked accurately and in a timely fashion for shipping.
  • Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy.
  • Records, reports, and returns defective items.
  • Assists inventory control in cycle counts and full inventories, as needed.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK AUTHORIZATION:

This position requires compliance with ITAR requirement. Must be a “U.S. Person” (per ITAR 120.15) and are required to show proof substantiating this upon being hired

  • Proficient with inventory control systems.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products.
