Job Description

Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role here at BidFTA, they’re responsible for processing our raw products to be sent out to our Auction Pickup Centers. Accuracy and efficiency is the cornerstone of our success as a business and becoming a Warehouse Associate is one of the best ways to start out at BidFTA. This position requires somebody who has a desire to directly impact the success of a business with their work ethic and attention to detail. We’re a fast-paced but casual work environment that’s moving into a new growth stage and needs people who are excited and passionate about the work they do and the team they are part of.


Responsibilities may include and are not limited to:

  • Lotting product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Staying informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures
  • Unloading trailers of raw goods
  • Scanning barcodes into our tracking system software using an iPad
  • Finding items to stack on a pallet while using your best judgment to ensure that the items are stacked neatly, safely, and will arrive at the destination intact and undamaged
  • Wrapping pallets of stacked items with stretch wrap
  • Moving finished pallets to a designated area using a pallet jack or forklift (after certification)
  • Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process
  • Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly
  • Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items
  • Perform customer checkout procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment – Non temperature-controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
