New Program Development Director – Sylvan Learning of Iowa
Sylvan Learning of Iowa is looking for a motivated and seasoned salesperson to connect our amazing programs to schools, organizations and businesses. The right candidate will possess strong sales skills, connections in the community, a passion for making a difference in children’s lives, and the ability to execute programs.
The Director of New Program Development’s main focus will be to develop, foster, and create relationships for offsite programming and virtual learning through local marketing, public relations activities, business-to-business marketing/sales, relationship development, grant usage, parent-pay options, and more.
The successful candidate will be extremely organized and able to lead a team to execute all programs. This includes overseeing the implementation and completion of programs once contracts are secured, including hiring, training, purchasing, inventorying equipment, ordering materials, and quality assurance.
