Chrono Toys, a leading retail store specializing in collectibles and toys, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager. As the AWM, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, coordinating with the scanning associates, delivery driver and stocking team and ensuring the smooth flow of products through the warehouse.

  • Responsible for performing Warehouse Manager and Head Assistant Manager duties in their absence
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals
  • Schedule and oversee daily tasks, ensuring effective use of manpower
  • Maintain effective storage solutions and layout planning to optimize space
  • Regularly conduct inventory counts or audit of products and supplies; restock as needed
  • Inspect products for damages ensuring quality products are being sent to our stores and online customers
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • Ensures all employees receive proper training as per plan including job descriptions, work instructions, new employees, and overall warehouse safety
  • Prepare products for shipping
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
  • Check and verify inbound inventory quantities against purchase orders documents
  • Interact with Inventory Control to ensure accurate inventory data
  • Maintain high productivity, quality and accuracy
  • Identify errors to normal processing and escalate accordingly
  • Meet daily productivity goals
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Pick and scan new products for store replenishment and inventory update
  • Ready new products and stock to deliver to stores for replenishment
  • Effectively communicate with the Warehouse Manager and mall stores to fulfill their product requests and send proper inventory restock
  • Other duties may be assigned based on department and business needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Employee must be able to stand for full 8 hours shift
  • Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
  • Employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs
