We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our team and support our operations.

As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing and processing orders, and ensuring that our technicians have the supplies they need to complete their work efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, hardworking, and has a keen interest in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders for technicians and customers.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to reorder supplies as needed.
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and update records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Support HVAC technicians with parts requests and other warehouse needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management software and basic computer skills.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
