Phase Technologies is hiring: Warehouse Team Associate in Rapid City

We are a fast-growing company that is looking for self-motivated and dedicated warehouse workers to work in our electronics manufacturing plant.  Particularly we are looking for someone to be part of our Warehouse Team.   Our facility is an-inclusive manufacturing company., meaning we build our products from beginning to end.  

Experience in Manufacturing and warehouse work is a Preferred to Qualify.  This is a year round position in a comfortable work environment that is well heated and/or air-conditioned all year round. 

We have 120+ employees and pride ourselves on making an environment that is enjoyable and personal.  We provide a social hour for our employees every Friday and we also put on other events throughout the year. 

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:

• Transport materials from one part of the manufacturing plant to another
• Prepare packing for shipping product
• Stocking shelves with new parts
• On occasion assist in building wood pallets
  
• There is occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
• We encourage recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and lower costs
• Other associated duties may be assigned

SKILL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Good Work History
• Forklift Operation Skills required
  
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred
• Manufacturing: 1 year preferred, but not required
• Shipping Experience preferred
• Receiving Experience preferred

PAY:  Starts at $19/hour  DOE
