Administrative Manager Job at Phase Technologies in Rapid City

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 per year

We are looking for an initiative-taking individual who can supervise daily support operations. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and administrative functions to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and support all administrative duties for multiple areas including sales and service.
• Allocate responsibilities as needed and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications including inboxes to ensure effective management and flow of information to facilitate business operations.
• Direct personnel and training processes.
• Allocate responsibilities as needed.
• Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Drive smooth organizational operations throughout the workday.
• Assists and oversees other administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proven experience as an administrative manager
• Highly analytical with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years prior experience in an administrative/office management role
• Ability to lift 10 lbs.
• Ability to sit for 7-8 hours per day.

 

SALARY:

$50,000 to $60,000 per year
