Supply Chain Specialist
to join our team in Boston. As our
Supply Chain Specialist,
you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods, services, and information to customers throughout North America. The value you add: Customer order, Distribution and Logistics Management
Anticipate needs and develop strategic plans to ensure Supply Chain effectively supports the company’s growth throughout NORAM. Coordinating transportation providers to ensure on time and proper movement of shipments. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. Reviewing customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Entering customer purchase orders in structured systems. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary. Tracking and fixing shipping errors. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards & customer requirement. Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Customer Service
Answering and communicating proactively in a courteous manner to any customer’s telephone calls or email request. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues. Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems. The experience you bring: Autonomous and team player. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 5+ years' experience in the field of logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations. Strong experience in customer support activities. Knowledge of ERP, Dynamics365 preferred. Able to come into our Boston office 3 days per week.
