Supply Chain Specialist

to join our team in Boston. As our

Supply Chain Specialist , you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods, services, and information to customers throughout North America. The value you add: Customer Order, Distribution and Logistics Management

Anticipate needs and develop strategic plans to ensure Supply Chain effectively supports the company’s growth throughout NORAM. Coordinate transportation providers to ensure on-time and proper movement of shipments. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels. Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Enter customer purchase orders in structured systems. Make special shipping arrangements as necessary. Track and fix shipping errors. Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards & customer requirements. Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Customer Service

Answer and communicate proactively in a courteous manner to any customer’s telephone calls or email requests. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolve customer complaints, manage database records, and draft status reports on customer service issues. Perform data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems. The experience you bring: Autonomous and team player. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 5+ years' experience in the field of logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations. Strong experience in customer support activities. Knowledge of ERP, Dynamics365 preferred. Able to come into our Boston office 3 days per week.
