Americas Manufacturing Sector Lead Anywhere, United States The Americas has a unique opening for a Sales and Marketing Leader to drive growth, develop and enhance key client relationships, and lead and mentor accounts teams in the manufacturing sector. This is both an external and internal role, as it involves understanding the needs of the client (acting as a trusted advisor) and then advocating for those needs within the Ramboll ecosystem. Your new role Success will include collaborating and supporting teams across service lines/spearheads, other sectors, key accounts, and/or growth initiatives while also maintaining close coordination with other parts of the business for cross-selling services to existing and new clients within Ramboll's manufacturing client base with a focus on building experience to support organic growth. Your key responsibilities will be: Ability to motivate teams and create followership. Be a key client manager to select manufacturing clients, and lead by example supporting other client managers. Demonstrated relevant experience in client sales and leadership role. Executes client specific sales plans that generate sustained annual internal authorizations, in accordance with metrics set in the RAM Power BI Dashboard. The Americas Manufacturing Sector Business Plan is a roll-up of all the focused manufacturing clients' (Strengthen and Develop clients) individual sales plans. Understands Ramboll's services (across markets and geographies) that are relevant to manufacturing clients and prospects and leverages key client relationships targeting projects in a new market, PBU and/or service line for our key manufacturing clients. Significant revenue generation and sales (greater than $5 million in net project revenue on an annual basis) in the manufacturing sector. This position is open to Level L9 and above.
