Delmar International Inc. is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Hialeah

Mandate:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse 3PL Manager will oversee the management of 3PL operations and warehouse functions, with direct accountability for the P&L of warehouse accounts. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to uphold a positive brand reputation. The Warehouse Manager will also be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the warehouse environment. The warehouse manager will also be responsible for:

Warehouse Management:

• Manage the performance of the core activities of the distribution center by setting KPI’s
• Manage inbound flow, put away strategy and ensure warehouse space and storage optimization
• Develop strategies to control operational costs and the cost of labor in order to meet budget requirements.

What you offer:

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Warehouse Management, preferable in a Transportation and 3PL facility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Experience with Warehouse management systems (WMS) and Transportation management systems (TMS)
• Experience and interest in process improvement and optimization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and setting KPI’s and managing the P&L
