Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse processes, including shipping and receiving, e-commerce operations, and 3PL logistics.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Manage shipping and receiving functions to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices in shipping/receiving.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Experience in implementing process improvements within a warehouse setting is an asset.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety is essential.
