The UPS store at 7665 Mentor Avenue is under new management and we want you to join our team!
Looking for a full-time position, preferably mornings 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Store hours M-F 9-7 Sat 10-6 Sun 10-3
We are looking for an ideal candidate who would deliver a world-class customer service to all of our customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, point-of-sale devices. You would expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibit confidence by knowing best practices related to our industry.
As mentioned above, the main responsibilities would include providing a world-class customer service to customers. This will require a strong interpersonal skill, effective oral/written communication skill and the ability to work well with others. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75+ lbs. After 30 days of employment, you might be required to become a Notary. You would maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, and perform other duties as assigned.
