LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area to fill their Recruiter role.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding top talent and a knack for building strong relationships. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations

Compensation: $25-35ph.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
