Job Description
We are offering a contract position as a HR Recruiter to join our team in BRONX, New York. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of candidate applications, maintaining precise records, and resolving inquiries. The role also includes monitoring candidate accounts and taking appropriate actions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process candidate applications
• Maintain precise records of candidate information and recruitment status
• Use various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Attend and participate in career fairs and recruiting sessions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Support employer branding efforts by maintaining consistency in external communications and job postings
• Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information
• Ensure recruitment compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
• Provide candidates with information about the organization, role, and hiring timeline
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
