Job Description
Non Profit company is looking for a temporary onsite Recruiter. As the recruiter, you will focus on filling both exempt and non-exempt level positions across multiple sites, managing a strong relationship with managers in need of staff. You will be handling the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
• Recruiting for various staffing levels across multiple sites.
• Maintain a robust relationship with managers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs promptly.
• Oversee the list of recruitment agencies and manage their terms and conditions.
• Investigate and determine the best recruitment strategies for difficult job vacancies.
• Collaborate effectively with managers, regional directors, and other management team members to coordinate recruitment requirements and logistics.
• Utilize internet recruitment tools and sites effectively, placing job ads online and tracking associated expenses.
• Screen incoming resumes from the ADP portal, conduct telephone screening interviews, check references, and conduct background checks as needed.
• Manage the applicant pipeline efficiently, including job advertising, candidate record management, and response to incoming applicants.
• Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling phone screens, calendar interviews, and on-site loops.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on selected candidates.
• Coordinate the distribution of job announcements/postings internally and externally.
• Assist managers with new staff paperwork/processes.
• Oversee all new staff paperwork, including offer letters and securing copies of required licenses/certifications.
• Schedule and conduct New Staff Orientations and presenters for the semimonthly onboarding meetings.
• Participate in other HR-related projects as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Recruiting role.• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software.
• Experience with the Careerbuilder platform.
• Solid understanding and practical use of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Applicant Track Systems.
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks.
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within an HR context.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting.
• Familiarity with e-Recruitment strategies and platforms.
• Proven experience in conducting interviews.
• Experience with the onboarding process of new employees.
• Proficiency in using HRIS Databases.
