Job Description
We are offering a long-term contract/contract to hire opportunity for a Medical Recruiter for an innovative client in Des Moines. This role is with an innovated company that is a leader in their industry and offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days at home. Most be local to the Des Moines area or willing to commute to the Des Moines metro.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various recruitment tools such as ADP, ATS, Careerbuilder, and CRM to source and recruit healthcare professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Perform background checks on potential candidates to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for the role.
• Utilize the Applicant Track System to keep track of candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Engage in cold calling to source potential candidates and expand our talent pool.
• Provide training and protocols to newly recruited healthcare professionals.
• Use the Google Suite to communicate with team members and candidates, manage recruitment tasks, and maintain records.
- Previous experience in medical recruitment or agency recruiting is a plus
- Experience with Applicant Track System for recruitment needs
- Experience in Cold Calling for recruitment purpose
- Self-starter and problem solver under pressure
- Multi-tasker who manages, prioritizes, and executes against tight deadlines
- Positive, "can do" attitude with a willingness to pitch in across the organization
