We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Energy/Natural Resources industry based in LONGMONT, Colorado. This role will primarily involve managing hiring processes, conducting interviews, and handling various recruitment-related tasks within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to finalizing job offers
• Utilize Applicant Track System effectively to streamline the recruitment process
• Conduct thorough background checks for potential employees, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor job postings accordingly
• Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and responses to their inquiries
• Efficiently schedule and conduct both phone and face-to-face interviews
• Handle onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain accurate activity reports, documenting recruitment processes and outcomes
• Leverage tools such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment operations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective hiring strategies.• Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR Recruiting role, preferably in the Energy/Natural Resources industry.
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Applicant Track System.
• Skilled in using Careerbuilder for recruitment.
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks.
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions within HR.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in drafting Offer Letters and Job Postings.
• Knowledge of standard Hiring Processes.
• Experience in Engineering Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting.
• Proficient in Recruitment - Sourcing techniques.
• Ability to Conduct Interviews, including Phone Interviews.
• Skilled in scheduling interviews and coordinating with interview panels.
• Previous experience with Onboarding new hires.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining and generating Activity Reports.
