Vice President/ Operations

The ideal candidate will possess a mastery of transformational change, operational efficiency, Lean principles, data-driven decision-making, and delivering on results.
Further, understanding the numbers behind the business (e.g., P&L statement, balance sheet, net working capital, et al.) is critical to realize the full potential of delivering measurable results. You must know which levers to pull to ensure the right outcomes.
10+ years of relevant experience resulting in outstanding organizational performance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you must impact profitable, sustainable growth by engaging employees and leveraging tools and methodologies that drive excellence at all levels of the enterprise. Set the vision, direction, and priorities for digital services operations across Kofile. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, execution, and delivery. Develop an efficient and effective department through strategic planning, assessment, performance management, and optimal use of people, technology, time, and budget. Execute delivery on time, on budget, and with the highest standards. Design workflows to achieve scalable and efficient throughput. Establish operations KPI’s and scorecards to drive performance improvement, including safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity, lead time, throughput, and EBITDA. Partner with IT to evaluate and implement software/technology to automate production and Quality Control/Assurance processes. Continuously remove waste, friction, and frustration from operational processes. Apply visual management techniques to improve transparency of status, priorities, and results. Leverage a deep understanding of tools and systems to advance processes and automation. Drive changes needed within and across systems to support optimal workflow. Identify and implement emerging technology to be incorporated into operational capabilities. Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience resulting in outstanding organizational performance. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s Degree preferred. Track record of successfully implementing Lean methodologies. Experience working in a production environment with both physical and digital workflows. Success managing complex, time-sensitive projects, evaluating workflows, and successfully designing or enhancing production-oriented work processes. Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems affecting production. Effective communication and influencing skills, from shop floor to Board room. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize organizational workload, and respond to changing business demands. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, management, and internal/external partners. Comfort utilizing an ERP system, ideally NetSuite. Demonstrated expertise with imaging and/or indexing software is preferred. Benefits
