Job Summary:
As the United Roofing Recruiter, you will spearhead our recruitment strategies. This role involves proactive posting on social media, attracting top-tier talent, organizing reports for visibility. You will be pivotal in shaping the company's sales team dynamics and growth. This person will be a dedicated visionary and will train themselves on how to be a better Recruiter each day. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored to recruitment, increasing our visibility and attractiveness as an employer on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Event Planning and Creative Execution: Organize and manage recruitment events, such as job fairs and open house events, to attract and interact with potential candidates. Creativity is a must! 
  • 1099 Sales Recruitment: Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract and engage top independent sales professionals. Understand the nuances of 1099 roles and communicate the benefits and expectations clearly to candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, arrange interviews, and participate in the selection process to ensure candidates meet the company’s requirements and culture.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Report on recruitment metrics and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Report Design: The position will have to design and upkeep candidate pipeline reports to report to Human Resources Leadership
  • Onboarding: Responsible for partnering with HR to properly onboard candidates.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the sales industry, particularly in contract-based (1099) sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a flair for creative problem-solving and innovation in recruitment strategies.
  • Must be advanced with the English Language (reading, writing and speaking)
