HumCap is currently looking for the right person to join our team in the role of Recruiter.
The Recruiter will be responsible for the following:

HumCap is currently looking for the right person to join our team in the role of Recruiter.
The Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
- Interact with hiring managers and candidates in a variety of settings
- Sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques, including mining candidates from job boards and cold calling
- Thoroughly screen candidates for positions
- Prepare candidates for client interview processes
- Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers
- Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions
- Develop and implement a consistent interviewing process across departments that focuses on candidate qualifications and fit
- Organize work to maximize productivity and increase efficiency
- Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
- Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates
- Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients and prospective candidates
- A creative, flexible and innovative team member
- Comfortable dealing with a variety of individuals at all organization levels
- An enthusiastic, self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed recruiting services in a changing environment
- Able to represent HumCap at local business meetings, job fairs, and local seminars to represent the organization in the community
- Able to work autonomously and is independent in their decision making and responsibilities
- An excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing
- Fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of the recruitment cycle
- Professional, able to build relationships, and influence others
- 1– 3 years’ experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment
- Strong PC Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Databases
- Selling experience a plus!
- Bachelor’s Degree
