The Corporate Support Vice Presidency (COS VPU) is responsible for core functions, including human resources, IT, budget management, and communications, playing a critical role in delivering IFC's business strategy in collaboration with World Bank Group counterparts. The Strategic Initiatives, Analytics, and Knowledge Management (CSIAK) unit is tasked with enhancing IFC's corporate knowledge, learning, and change management capabilities. It is a key player in supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and strengthening the overall change management maturity across IFC. The (Associate) Operations Officer - Change Management role will support the Senior Operations Officer in providing strategic advisory services across multiple change initiatives, focusing on developing change management maturity through the IFC change management framework. This role will also support large-scale transformational change initiatives and represent the corporate change management function on various project teams. Duties and Accountabilities: Advise internal teams and project managers on structuring comprehensive change management approaches across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the IFC change management framework. Provide hands-on support to project managers, particularly those leading strategic initiatives within the change portfolio, offering expertise and guidance on change management execution. Act as a representative of the corporate change management function on large-scale transformational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate change strategies and principles. Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of transformational change efforts, fostering effective change management processes across the organization. Change Management Maturity and Strategy Development: Conduct organizational change management maturity assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth, and provide input for updating the change management strategy. Advocate for and contribute to the development of change management maturity within the organization by promoting best practices and the continuous enhancement of the change management framework. Develop courses of action for large-scale change programs, ensuring alignment with IFC's strategic objectives and fostering the successful adoption of change initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of these programs, integrating change management practices that drive sustainable outcomes. Selection Criteria: A Master's degree in business, international development, organizational development, or public policy with a focus on change management or related fields. At least five years of relevant work experience within an international context, including hands-on experience with large-scale change management initiatives and strategy development. Familiarity with WBG and IFC's strategic priorities and operations. Demonstrated experience conducting change management maturity assessments and advising on change strategies. Proven ability to design and implement change management frameworks and develop capacity-building programs. Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI or equivalent) or Project Management (PMP) is an advantage. Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategy formulation skills, with the ability to advise on complex initiatives and integrate change management principles across multiple projects. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project.
