Requirements:

3. Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
