Anderson Recruiting & Consulting is hiring: Accounting Recruiter in Boca Rat

Our client is a 25+ year Accounting and Finance Search and Staffing firm. They consistently win Best of Staffing - Employee Satisfaction and Forbes Best of Staffing Lists. They are headquartered in NYC and have expanded to FL over the last few years. Everyone is remote, but they may get a shared office space for collaboration/community as they grow their team. They are looking for a seasoned A&F Recruiter with client relationships in S FL they can work with/bring to the firm. Or relationships they could re-engage with quickly to build a presence in the local marketplace.

Requirements -

3+ years of proven A&F Search experience with solid billing numbers.

No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.

Ability to work remotely or hybrid.

They Offer -

A draw (DOE) + 40% commissions to start with some cushion/guarantee. Uncapped ability to earn.
