Job Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The selected candidate will be entrusted with a variety of tasks related to accounting and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and maintain customer credit applications
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate customer credit records
• Take proactive action on monitoring customer accounts
• Provide support in the creation of Accounts Payable packages
• Review and update invoice backups for finalized draws
• Manage updates of COI expirations in the Yardi accounting software
• Supervise and post PCR integrations from Yardi
• Verify funding for draws
• Carry out Accounts Payable aging tasks and reports
• Undertake additional administrative tasks as required for the corporate team.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with CaseWare
• Proficiency in using Concur
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Ability to conduct Bank Reconciliations
• Proficiency in Yardi, specific to the real estate industry
