Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Manage inquiries from customers and provide appropriate solutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Aid Accountants and other financial professionals in creating and editing financial documents

• Manage and organize the company's bookkeeping processes

• Evaluate financial budgets and monitor expenses

• Draft and present financial reports

• Reconcile financial books, including the management of incoming and outgoing funds

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary
• Experience with CaseWare is essential
• Knowledge of Concur is expected
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is mandatory
• Understanding of various Accounting Functions is essential
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Auditing skills are expected
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is essential
