POSITION BRIEF

BHSN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing needs. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

2. Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations for candidate selection based on interviews and assessments.

3. Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities, when possible.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and recruitment marketing materials with the Director Marketing.

4. Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the offer process and extend job offers to selected candidates.

5. HR Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various initiatives and projects.

6. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [specific industry or field].
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
