CONTRACT RECRUITER - ANCHORAGE, ALASKA
- Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
- Metrics: High requisitions - high volume and urgency - minimum 70-80 requisitions
- Full cycle recruitment, responsible for candidates from start to finish - NO onboarding
- 401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
- Remote - equipment provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR; ATS; job boards
- Availability to go permanent with health Insurance, PTO
Requirements to go permanent: based on performance and there must be a FTE opening.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Calendar management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four years recruiting healthcare/ registered nurses for hospitals
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable can-do aptitude
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - technologically inclined
- Analytical thinker
- Team collaborator

- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region - will conduct rounds at the Facility, nursing schools/community outreach centers at least once a quarter.
