Job Description

Key Personnel is looking for an on-site Medical Recruiter in the Tulsa area who will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, interviewing, recruiting, and providing exceptional customer service in the medical industry.

Medical Recruiter hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Medical Recruiter Pay: DOE

Qualifications

Experience with Certifications and qualifications of Medical Assistants, LPN's, CNA's and Dental Assistants.
Experience in hiring, interviewing, and recruiting
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge or background in the field of Medical Recruitment
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

Send ad requests to Marketing for the creation and provide input on candidate marketing strategies and schedule.
Answer questions from candidates and compile data into a spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation for review
Make phone calls to candidates to confirm availability for assignments.
Working closely with the Medical Division to verify and facilitate Immunizations and certifications.
Verify certifications and qualifications of Medical Assistants, LPN's, CNA's and Dental Assistants
Schedule high-volume roles for interviews with candidates.
Maintain an availability list of candidates for quick reference.
Input requisitions for new orders.
