- Welcome clients and candidates, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
- Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and other appointments
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates regarding the agency's services and processes
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Monitored and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and presentable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
